When the standard height does not fit
Some watches need a crystal gasket whose height is not part of the regular series. This listing groups Hytrel I-ring gaskets, 0.35 mm thick, offered in specific heights from 0.55 to 2.70 mm. Like any I-ring, the ring sits between the crystal and the bezel or case, seals the watch and holds the pressed-in crystal.
How the range is organised
- 27 variants, each defined by a diameter and height pair (a given diameter is only available here in one or two heights).
- Diameters from 14.78 to 38.88 mm.
- Heights from 0.55 to 2.70 mm, including several tall gaskets from 1.80 to 2.70 mm.
- €9.90 to €17.90 incl. VAT depending on size.
Choosing the right variant
Start with the crystal diameter, then check that the height offered matches the crystal edge and the depth of the seat. If your combination is not in the table, look at our standard series from 0.60 to 1.00 mm and from 1.20 to 1.75 mm. Fitting
As with any crystal gasket, replace it every time the crystal is changed: a compressed gasket no longer seals. Tall gaskets must stay perfectly upright during pressing. Every step is in our guide on how to replace a watch gasket.
