Greasing a watch gasket the easy way

Lubrijoint is a silicone grease designed for watch gaskets, especially the O-rings that keep the case water-resistant. Lubricating the gasket each time the watch is opened, for example when changing the battery, helps preserve its resistance to water and dust and reduces wear.

How to use

• Open the box containing the grease.
• Place the gasket on the foam pad pre-impregnated with lubricant.
• Close the lid and turn it a few times.
• The gasket is greased and ready to be refitted in the case.

Tip: handle the gasket with tweezers to keep grease off your fingers.

Precautions

This product is not intended for watches exposed to very high pressure, such as some professional diving watches. For a diving or high-end watch, have the water resistance handled by a watchmaker.
