Not happy with your purchase from Verre-de-Montre.com? You have 30 days from the date you received your order to change your mind.
Before sending anything back, check the condition of the item(s). Products must be new, in their original packaging, with all accessories and the user guide (if supplied). Handle the product with care: use beyond what is necessary to check its condition and operation may result in a deduction from your refund (article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).
Submit your return directly from your account on our site by following the instructions: Make a return or exchange.
Secure your return: pack the item generously so it doesn't get damaged in transit and reaches us intact.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. For any exchange, a new payment request for the shipping fees will be sent via PayPal.
General rules for any return on the Verre-de-Montre site
Returned products must be sent back to Verre-de-Montre in perfect resale condition (in their packaging, with accessories) within fourteen (14) days from the date you informed Verre-de-Montre, and no later than thirty (30) days after delivery. Returns are submitted directly from your Verre-de-Montre account. To let us know as quickly as possible, see our dedicated page: Make a return or exchange. Returns sent after this deadline will not be accepted. Your return must include the invoice provided with the delivery.
If you benefited from a free-with-purchase offer that entitled you to one or more free items with your order, and the exercise of your right of withdrawal makes you no longer eligible for that offer, the free item(s) must be returned alongside the products you're sending back so we can process your withdrawal.
The customer may be held liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and operation.
Verre-de-Montre does not accept parcels or mail sent with postage due.
We recommend tracking your return shipment to avoid any issues.
